Hi.Call me the new and improved ;-Ms.Nanny Joe.

 Just a quick profile of myself;-I live in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia..in my late 20s..Married but no kid…sick and tired of working…and i love cooking,travelling,lazing around.

I have decided to revamp this website(i actually inherited this from a love one)…and while i still can be a source of ‘health’ guide but i shall make this more of a journal of life..Well;you can say that there are a million of blogs out there in cyberspace but WHAT THE HECK;-this is my blog to NANNY:)
